For the “just one more chapter” crowd
Some stories make you want to keep turning pages.
PageSpark’s BookMatch service helps readers in grades 2–12 find books shaped around the things they already love. Start with their interests, then look for a story that feels like an invitation to turn the page.
Personal matching with Kit, a literacy specialist and certified Orton-Gillingham reading therapist.
One more page. Then maybe one more.

A match, not a reading test
The best place to start is with the reader.
A favorite game, a fascination with sharks, a love of jokes, a wish for shorter chapters—these can all be clues to the next story worth opening.
The signature experience
A thoughtful shortlist, picked with care.
Kit personally selects three to five books and shares why each might fit. Interests, preferred formats, reading confidence, and accessibility needs can all help shape the match.
Picture books, comics, mysteries, big worlds, true stories…
For readers in grades 2–5, 6–8, and 9–12. No one has to fit just one reader type.
- 01
A caregiver shares the useful bits
A short intake helps Kit learn about interests, preferences, and any reading supports that may be helpful.
- 02
Kit makes the match
Families receive three to five book ideas, a reason each could fit, and relevant notes about themes, content, or formats.
- 03
The reader decides what clicks
Try a book, see what feels good, and share private feedback with Kit to help guide a future match.
The BookMatch Reading Club
Good stories are fun to talk about, too.
Same book. So many ways to see it.
Age-banded virtual book clubs and reader conversations are in the works—a place to swap favorite scenes, laugh about the plot twist, and find another book to try. Readers can have different favorites and different reading speeds.
The club experience is being shaped now. There are no public student profiles or direct messages between young readers.
For families and educators
Practical details for the grown-ups, too.
Book matching is a recreational discovery service—not a diagnostic assessment or a substitute for reading therapy. Recommendations can take reading preferences and helpful formats into account without defining a child by what feels hard.
Reader privacy comes first
A parent or caregiver leads the intake and can share only what feels useful for a match. Student results are not public profiles; reader feedback is shared privately with Kit.

Gathering the matching packages…
Prices and booking details are shown from the available package listing. Books are not included unless a package says otherwise.
Every reader has a next story.
Let’s see where their curiosity takes them.
A favorite, a surprise, a story they hadn't thought to try—book matching begins with a conversation about what they enjoy.
